Beer & Food Pairings

Full Sail Amber Ale

Fresh grilled fish, any seafood; including garlic shrimp, salmon steaks, calamari and ceviche. Lasagna, aged Gouda, or baked chevre cheese, BBQ ribs, chicken enchiladas, chicken diablo, Caesar salad, grilled vegetables.

Avery White Rascal

Iceberg Wedge: The light crisp flavors pair well with Rascal, while the spiciness from the Belgian yeast complements the blue cheese.

Odell Myrcenary

Fried Chicken Sandwich: The hops in our IPA cut through any rich fattiness of the fried chicken, bacon, and cheese.

pFriem Pilsner

Grilled sausage/Kielbasa- This classic Polish beef sausage, most often served with sauerkraut and caramelized onion, is best balanced with a golden pilsner known for its high foaminess and lighter flavor.

This place is amazing – just go. Now. By far the best selection around, and the service was top notch.
